Dear Cats Corner Guests:

Dance to the fresh sounds of our newest band this Wednesday: Macy
Blackman and the Mighty Fines! Having just debuted a new CD, "Don't
You Just Know It", The Mighty Fines' music forges a synthesis between
early New Orleans Jazz and the R&B of the early '50's. Led by pianist/
vocalist Macy Blackman -- whose resume includes playing backup with
the Drifters and the Coasters -- the band's philosophy is that "if
this band doesn't make you move your feet, it's amazing you got here
at all"!

DJ Autumn LaVarta, our favorite end-of-the-month MP3 jockey, returns
to the booth this week with his fun mix of classic swing tunes and
vintage gems. Autumn is a featured regular DJ at the 9:20 Special,
Rhythm Lounge and Rent Party.

We're also expecting two fun Charleston performances around 10:45pm,
featuring local dancer Michael Dediu and his Charleston Group!
