TacminaQ Series lab pumps are well-known for the ability to consistently move fluids without pulsation and now a range of new, ultra-micro precision laboratory pumps, the Q-5 and Qi-5, are available. The Q-5 Smoothflow pump delivers accurate and repeatable continuous flow of almost any fluid at flow rates of 5L to 5mL/min at pressures up to 485 PSI.

All Tacmina smoothflow pumps are designed for gentle, low shear, handling of fluids with no damage or separation of process material. Minitool Micro Drilling Systems

General Information

Minitool's patented micro drilling machines represent a completely new and innovated approach to precision micro drilling. Super hard in-line interchangeable vee bearings replace the conventional ball or sleeve bearings. The drills are mounted within an interchangeable drive pulley and held against the vee bearing by means of a special endless drive belt. The drill now becomes its own spindle, eliminating the runout that is a common factor in conventional machines using ball bearings, sleeve bearings, spindles, collets or chucks.

Drills, endmills and special tooling are also manufactured by Minitool, Inc., using our proprietary tool grinding technique.

The design of the MicroDASH MCS500 offers miniature SCARA robots. The company says that even with an embedded controller, the MCS500 is 30 percent smaller than related products. The MCS500 provides the same 0.005 mm repeatability as the Meca500 6-axis robot. At just 4.3 kg, the MCS500 can also be mounted upside-down, providing integration flexibility.
