Hi,

I've just hit a error that stated I've exceeded the 1000 calls per day?  Is there a way to increase this number, in doing development of a new feature I'm assuming this has pushed the number over, this will effect production for actual calls hitting the API?

In general as business increases I could see our API needs exceeding this number, is this something than can be adjusted on a per client basis?

Thanks,

Mark

Hi Mark,

Yes, we do increase the API limit on a case-by-case basis. Please contact support and we can up your limit.

I also suggest adding caching where appropriate to decrease the number of redundant API calls.

Hello,

Are these limits based on the sub domain or the transaction code part of the api calls? I'm wondering because we're building a system to integrate our phones where when a call is made/received we look up the candidates in CATS and then post on the recruiters behalf to the CATS activity stream. So if the app can spread the load of api calls per recruiter's transaction code that would be good.

Thanks!

API limits are per account (subdomain), not per user (transaction code).
