When requesting New v3 API , does my v2 api key then expire?

Want to start work on API V3.0. When I request the New API Key , what happens to my old API 2.0 Key ? Will it still be active at the same time.

Yes, both API keys will be active at the same time!

We just tested this, and it does both exsist!
