Send extra fields with add_candidate or update_candidate

Hi all,

 

It is not clear to me whether or not it is possible to send extra fields with the add_candidate or update_candidate fields.

When I call the add_candidate or the update_candidate the standard fields are stored in CATS, but it seems impossible to store the extra fields wih them

 

These are the calls that I use:

https://company.catsone.nl/api/update_candidate?transaction_code=theCode&first_name=Ed&last_name=Schimmel&3747=some_value&1909=some_other_value

 

Does anybody know if I can store the extra fields values in cats by using the add_candidate or update_candidate?

Hi Ed,

It is possible to send extra field values with the add and update API calls. Use get_columns to return a list of columns, including extra fields. These are in the form extra_field######.
