CATS API v3 Enters Open Beta

Today we’re happy to announce that our new CATS API v3 is now ready for open beta. For more information, please see our blog post.

What does this mean for v2 of the API?

You can continue to use v2 of the API for the time being. We will continue to develop v3 of the API and once we've added more endpoints and are confident in the stability we will announce a date when v2 will be deprecated.

Is there any indication of when v2 will be deprecated, (6 months? 1 years? two weeks?)

That hasn't been decided yet, but if you follow this post we'll have an update hopefully fairly soon.
