Getting Only Active Jobs

Is there a way to get jobs that are active/unexpired or otherwise valid? We see the "status" ids but are unsure of which of those IDs denote a status of the job being available for applicants to actually apply.

To clarify: We're working on behalf of someone who is using the CATS platform to list jobs. We're only wanting to pull from the API those that the CATS user hasn't closed. In a nutshell, I just want to get back the jobs our client is actively seeking applicants for.

You would have to query the status IDs you want jobs for then filter jobs with those status IDs.

Could you direct me to the portion of the documentation that highlights which status codes translate to which statuses?

I'm trying to do this also all i keep getting is super old jobs and they not even active
