OpenAPI / Swagger json spec

Hello! I'm hoping to see if you have an OpenAPI / swagger json spec of the API handy? I'd like to use that for generating the client side library I'm working on.

We don't have an OpenAPI definition available right now but are using OpenAPI for new projects. I'll see if I can get a draft created for the CATS API. I'll check back in one week to let you know where it's at.

I have an initial version at https://docs.catsone.com/api/v3/swagger.yaml

The API Blueprint version is available at https://docs.catsone.com/api/v3/blueprint.apib

I'll be continuing to update the API Blueprint file. It is used to generate both the swagger and the api doc website.

No other significant changes
