Hey guys,

We are integrating with CATS webhooks right now. And there are a couple of things we have issues with:

Remove Event

It seems there are no events for candidates and users removal. Did anyone find the removal events for candidate profiles?

Silencing Candidate Update Event

Is there a way to "silence" our candidate update API calls so they don't cause a "candidate.updated" event to fire?

This is an issue since we are listening to this event and want to avoid the extra effort of identifying whether the event was caused by the updated from our side.

All the best,

Mike

Removing Events: We do plan on adding deleted events to all the webhook categories eventually. No ETA yet, but I can let you know when we're getting closer to releasing it.

Silencing Updated Events: This is not something we are looking to add, as this adds an extra level of complexity to the webhooks we don't want. We want all changes to a record to fire an updated webhooks, and it's up to you to decide if you need to use it or not.

Thank you for the update, Anthony. Understood.

Looking forward to "deleted" events going live. Notify me, please.

Have a nice day

Deletion webhooks have been added. You can add them as usual through the CATS UI or through the API. They have been added to the documentation here: https://docs.catsone.com/api/v3/#webhooks-create-a-webhook
