Entry task complete — #8 mARine Ecosystem Narration prototype

Hi mentors (Abha, Garima, Deepika),

I've completed the entry task for Project #8. Here's the

Quick summary of what it does:
- Converts marine ecosystem JSON/CSV → structured
narratives via Gemini API.
- 3 narration styles (documentary, scientific,
educational)
- Mock LLM fallback for offline demo.
- Proper CSV parsing, file upload, ARIA accessibility.
