Hi Mentors,

My name is Harshita Senani, and I am a first-year Computer Science student at Scaler School of Technology. I am interested in contributing to Catrobat for GSoC 2026, specifically for the project "Backwards compatibility to old Android app" in the Paintroid-Flutter repository.

I have been reviewing the project ideas list and the application template. While I understand that completing an entry task is a vital part of the application process to demonstrate technical proficiency and familiarity with TDD, I noticed that a specific entry task is not explicitly listed for this compatibility project.

Could you please clarify if there is a preferred task I should complete to demonstrate my ability to handle the migration of tools and file formats from the Native Android version to Flutter? Alternatively, should I choose a task from a related project within the same repository?
