Having issues running Catroid on Android Studio

Have anyone tried to run Catroid? I'm facing a lot of issues that are not mentioned in the README and I had to modify JDK version, Kotlin version, Gradle plugin version, JVM args, and a bunch of other stuff but none of that worked for me.

I'm using windows 10 and android studio hedgehog

Yeah, I also faced the same issues. What I did was

• installed jdk 11

• changed the project jdk version to 11 in android studio

• ran AGP upgrade to smartly upgrade the gradle versions.

And it ran successfully.

I think you can also clone the catroid 'java11-support' branch and it will work.
