Inquiry About AI-Generated 3D Models Project in GSoC

Hi everyone,

I hope you are doing well. I am interested in contributing to your GSoC project, AI-Generated 3D Models from Marine Animals, as I have a strong background in Generative AI and 3D modeling.

I noticed that the general prerequisites for Catrobat projects include experience in mobile app development (Java, JUnit, Swift, Objective-C, etc.). However, this project seems to be more focused on AI and 3D modeling rather than app development. Could you kindly clarify whether these mobile development skills are mandatory for this specific project, or if applicants with a strong AI and 3D background would still be considered?
