Human cCRE_hg38.tsv.gz Download Not Working

Hey there,

I was trying to download the following link:

http://catlas.org/catlas_downloads/humantissues/cCRE_hg38.tsv.gz

Specifically I tried running the link below but I keep getting a 404 error.

I tried with curl and got the same error. Is the file still available? If so, is it at a different link? I tried browsing and I assume the file is from this page:

https://catlas.org/catlas/dataset_resource.php?ID=humantissues

The "Candidate cis- regulatory elements (cCREs)" section says coming soon, but is there an archived file I can download in the meantime?
