A list of Cat operations and version 0.9.3

I've posted a list of all the Cat primitive and standard library
operations to http://www.cat-language.com/primitives.html alongside
yet another source release 0.9.3.

This weekend has been a flurry of bug fixes, testing, and adding new
commands. Now that the type checker and inference engine is stable,
everything else is a walk in the park.

The plan is to continue testing and documenting the code and hopefully
post an article about the source on CodeProject.com in the next couple
of weeks.
