If you are using Gmail and you have another email address, lets say a
schools address or even a private email address, why not use the
"settings - Accounts and Import" function.

This allows you to receive ALL your emails in one place.

It is a copy of your email, as the original remains on your email
server until you delete it from there.

I find using this tool in conjunction with Priority Inbox, most useful.

Because then you HAVE to be on that computer to see all your emails.

When on gmail, you can be anywhere in the world, even at an Internet
Cafe, and you have access to all your emails.

All you need is a browser and the Internet !

Sounds good.   I make use of 'Remote Desktop' to view my outlook whilst on the move. I have used this method for over a year now and it has proved itself.   I will definitely give google a try!
