Ihave multiple contacts vCard VCF file created on my Android device and I would like to import it to Outlook 2010. It seems that Outlook doesn't support multiple contacts VCF file and import just first contact from such file.Is there any way to import my 1000 contacts from such VCF file into Outlook 2010?

These days, you can use the Outlook mobile app to import a VCF with multiple contacts in it. Just email the VCF to yourself, open the email in the Outlook mobile app, tap the VCF and you'll be prompted about "Add All Contacts". The contacts are all added into your Outlook account, and they'll be accessible from Outlook on your desktop as well (assuming your Outlook is connected to Exchange or a cloud-synced account, not POP!)

In order to copy your android phone contacts to microsoft outlook do the following steps,1. First Export Your Contacts From Your Phone to .vcf file format. -In most android phone export/import can be seen in menu option when

takes contacts(people).2. Copy the .vcf file from phone or sd card to a computer or a place you can easily access.

a) Then choose contact --> more option --> import option --> select your .vcf file and upload it to gmail.b) Then again choose contact --> more option --> export option --> Select all contacts & Export Format - Outlook CSV format (for importing into Outlook or another application).c) Click the Export button to export and save the Microsoft Office Excel Comma Separated Values File (.csv) to some where in you computer

Blind friend had to move from Outlook Express to full MS Office Outlook, but we did not found any reasonable method how to import multiple contacts in any format (wab, vcf, etc.) - maybe CSV, but there were compatibility issues with encoding, etc.

I know this is old and an answer has been selected, but Outlook still has issues with VCF files. I just want to mention that Apple supports multi-contact vCard files in the same way Google does. Instructions can be found here: -or-export-vcards-mmfba748b2/icloud

IMPORTANT: Make sure you've exported all of your contacts from iCloud! The most common mistake we see customers make is they export only 1 contact from iCloud when they intended to export all of them. For instructions on exporting all of your contacts from iCloud, see Export your iCloud contacts to a vCard (.vcf) file.

To import contacts in a vCard file to Outlook on a PC, you need to convert them from a .vcf file format to a .csv file format. This involves importing them to Windows, and then exporting them to the CSV file. If you have more than 50 or so contacts, this is a tedious process because you have to press OK for each contact you want to import to the csv file. Unfortunately, there's no way to do a global OK and import all of them to the csv file at the same time.

If you'd like to request that bulk import from a vCard file be supported in Outlook, visit the Outlook Suggestion Box to leave your feedback in the Outlook 2016 group. The Outlook Mail and Calendar team is actively monitoring this forum.

Choose the fields you want to export into the .csv file and then choose Finish. It's recommended that you accept the defaults for now. You can always create another csv file if you want other fields.

You can use Excel to open your .csv file to see what's there. You can add more info to the csv file if you want, but be sure not to change the top row of headings. For more info about working with the .csv file, see Manually create your list of contacts in a csv file.
