Hey all,

I received a bunch of emails asking for more info on my logistics challenges . . . and an abundance of offers to help.

THANK YOU!

Here's what needs to be done.

FIRST, I need to weed through all the emails to determine who will get the broadsides and/or memorial cards.  I've done most of that.

SECOND, I have to figure out how to collect money and what to do with it. I think I can use PayPal for this.  And I have contacted the Poetry Project to see about donating the proceeds to them . . .  Ideally y'all could pay the Poetry Project directly . . . but I don't know if that's possible.

THIRD, I need to contact everyone who gets a broadside and/or memorial card to get addresses and arrange payment.

FOURTH:  I need to package up each broadside/memorial card for mailing.  The packaging requirements are somewhat problematic.  The broadside is NOT a standard mailing size.

FIFTH: This is the MAIN logistical problem.  Packages need to be taken to USPS, UPS, or FEDEX.  I have NO time to do this.

So . . . I live on the UES of Manhattan.  If someone who lives nearby can help me, awesome!  

I should also note that several people have offered help with the website . . . um . . . several times over the past few years.  I definitely need help . . . the hard part is finding the time to delegate!  Please stay with me!  I need you!
