Petting Zoo Reading Guide?

Shot in the dark here, but did anyone happen to save, in any format, the "Petting Zoo Reading Guide" I added to CatholicBoy.com shortly before The Petting Zoo was released?

I'm sending this out to ALL THREE JC discussion lists. 

I created the "Petting Zoo Reading Guide" as an Amazon "astore" (with links to books on Amazon) and of course eventually Amazon eliminated the astores. This is a feature I should have created as regular web content but . . . as these things go . . . I was working full-time after having drained my resources getting The Petting Zoo ready for publication, so I unfortunately took a shortcut.

Even The Wayback Machine doesn't have it.

Anyway, if anyone saved anything about this, I would sure appreciate it if you could share it with me. 

If I can't recover it as it was originally, I will try to recreate it -- but I can tell you it will not be the same. I would hope to take advantage of the freshness of the original and add to it based on a longer experience living with the book and the recalled experience working with Jim Carroll.
