Summer Activities and SY 2011-2012 Enrolment

Dear Parents,

We invite you to bring your children to the summer activities (see attachment) we have lined-up for them.

After summer we begin school year 2011-2012. 

CFA Enrolment will start on May 2, 2011.  We want to know if you will be enrolling your child with us again this coming school year.

Here are the steps to enrolling your child:

STEP 1 – Reply to this e-mail and we will send you the link for online enrolment beginning May 2, 2011.

STEP 2 – Access the link we e-mailed you.

STEP 3 – Pay the Fees beginning May 2-27, 2011 by bank deposit to BDO s/a 3970026525 ERS Catholic Filipino Academy.  Send a copy of the validated deposit slip thru fax (T-7259999 loc 315) or e-mail.

STEP 4 – Submit the following on June 3, 2011.

1)   2 copies 1” x 1” ID pictures (wearing a white collared shirt/blouse taken in front of a plain red background)

2)   2 copies 2” x 2” ID pictures (wearing a white collared shirt/blouse taken in front of a plain red background)

STEP 5 - Pick-up the books on June 3, 2011 from 2:00 – 6:00 p.m. at the Lighthouse, 60 Chicago Street, Cubao,     Q.C.

 

We have scheduled a Quick Start Training Program on June 3, 2011 at 9:00 to 11:30 a.m. at Obispado de Cubao, 41 Lantana Street, Cubao, Quezon City. This is for parents homeschooling their children for the first time.  If you are interested to join, please confirm your attendance.

We make every effort to communicate with you parents by sending correspondence through e-mail.  We advise you to check your e-mail often, as the information we send may be time sensitive and important for your child’s education. If you have questions on the above, send us an e-mail and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
