After passing the Ohio House, the pro-life Heartbeat Bill has been assigned to the Senate Health Committee.  But we don't know if Republican leadership in the Senate will allow a vote on it.  The 2 Senators making those decisions are: 

1. Senator Shannon Jones (Chair of Senate Health Committee to which the Heartbeat Bill has been assigned), 614-466-9737, www.ohiosenate.gov/senate/jones/contact  (She represents all of Warren Co, part of Hamilton Co & a tiny part of Butler Co)
   
2. Senate President Keith Faber, 614-466-7584,www.ohiosenate.gov/senate/faber/contact  (THANKS to all who have already contacted Sen Faber).
   

***Ask Senators Jones & Faber to allow a vote on the House-passed version of the Heartbeat Bill with no weakening amendments that would water it down.  (Leave your name & county)

There may be efforts to gut the bill & replace it with a less protective bill & yet still call it the Heartbeat Bill (a bait & switch). 

Thanks to everyone for praying, calling, emailing & not giving up.  This bill is worth fighting for!
