Thanks Raakhee :)
Yes it was quite an effort. Especially finding old timers like Indira Thivy, Neil Wilson, Savita Krishnamurthy, Anuraag Yamdagni etc., all of whom joined us from 1M onwards, and left us between 3rd grade and 6th grade. Anshu Gupta too, she also was with us from1 to 6. These people had been loooong gone, so there were no mutual connections that could help me locate these people. I had to solely rely on the internet and my own research. It is a miracle that I have found them and have reconnected after so long... in some cases, 25 to 30 years later!
It was also good to find people like Gaurang Dabholkar, Pratik Mazumdar, Harish Venkatraman, Vivek Nayyar and others too... Ashwin Panjabi too! I remembered that he spelled his last name with an a after the p and that certainyl helped track him down on facebook!
Ajit, Malini, Susannah, Rustam, Vivek Bajaj, Raakhee, Anu, Sanjana.... it was great to trace you all down and make that common list among us! Lots of discussions on cricket, tennis and the like on that list!
Ashish Kalra's email bounces... anyone know of his whereabouts and email? I spoke to him when he was in the US a couple of times, and we talked about good old Wilson house cricket days and my record breaking 7 wickets for 13 runs against Palmer! But it has been a decade or more since I spoke to him.
What about Harsh Khetan? The one on facebook (which I would swear is him, though the profile pic of him, hiw wife and four kids is very small and does not enlarge) rejects my friendship request, which confuses me. We were very good friends right from grade 2 to grade 10, so it is not like to to reject. Maybe it is not the same Harsh then?
Any updates on him? I know that his family lives in Khetan Bhawan opposite Eros near Churchgate station. Maybe someone could stroll across there and inquire? :) Many of us would go there for his annual birthday parties, which they would hold on the terrace. Sameer Shetty, Ajit, Mohit Mishra, Abhay Anand, Viraf... they would all be there.
Speaking of Abhay, any news on him? He was a good kid and was with in my class from grade 5 to 8. Harish, maybe you know of his whereabouts as you were friends...?

Subject: From Boston _Re: Reunion Friday-07 January 2011
Hi,
Don't think I will be able to make it. Too much going on in Boston right now, and it would be too much of a trek across the ocean!
Still glad to have helped everyone reconnect through the Cathedral list I started a couple of years ago. We certainly have some oooold timers on that one, and it is good to hear from them every now and then.
Any teachers attending?! Any of the old timers? ;)
Let me know if anyone comes by the Boston area.

Hi,
Much as I would love to be there and see everyone I don't think we will be able to make it as we're scheduled to fly back to Los Angeles on Jan. 2nd. I will let you know if anything changes.
Thanks.

Dear All,
The class reunion is on Friday 07 January, 2011-Drinks & Dinner. We
need to know how many people will be attending so that we can plan
accordingly. Also advise if your spouses will be attending so we have
an accurate count.
Please do respond ASAP so that we can get started.
thanks & look forward to seeing everyone.
