Good afternoon, Ajay.
Please see below for response from the Land Development Manager.
FYI: The road is still not complete.
They can only complete/top the roads at a set time. You will see this throughout the community.
Many roads are in a different state of completion depending on the stage of development. Overall work on your road, as with many others in the community, are
still to be completed.
I do hope that this is helpful information and explains how a new community is completed/evolves.
Ajay, I hope you have a lovely weekend. Don’t forget the pool will be opening soon – see you and your family there!
Regards,
Rippy Gill

Subject: RE: Caterham Street RE: Unsafe Road/
Finally topping of the roadways will be taking place this fall.
I reside in 23018 Caterham Dr, Loudoun Valley Estates Phase II.
I kindly bring to your notice the following facts for favour of your kind consideration and speedy action. The Road running from the intersection of Chertsey St and Caterham Dr (Basically beginning
from our home) exactly around the STOP sign, road is in pretty bad shape because of cracking in the seal around Drain Grate Cover. It is an important thoroughfare for Caterham Street home owners. More importantly children’s ride their bikes, scooters, run
on this street and walk/run to nearest tot-lot on foot. Road is in this condition for a while may be more than couple months. At present this road stands in need of urgent repairs at places, otherwise accidents may happen when the rainy season sets in causing
great damage to the road.
If the repairs are not done immediately, the public will be put to great inconvenience. We, therefore, hope that you will be so good as to take proper steps
to redress our grievance at an early date.
PS: Please see the attached pictures for your review.
