This again was on the basis of construction. Possible that we may get one more year as there is some more construction near clubhouse

I think we should contact David Ramadan to see if he can take it to county on revisiting the 0.8 mile logic. This a lot of walking for kids and also anything can happen.

Sanjay...if you appeal all the way to the school board, then a 3 member panel of School Board members will hear the final appeal. I support the delay, but may not be on the appeal board. I will make sure my support is forwarded to the other board members. Please let me know as soon as you appeal the Superintendent's denial and you file the final appeal.
