I'm trying to run the examples in Git Bash & Powershell on Windows 10 using the G++ compiler from MinGW. Everything compiles fine, but there is not output at all, regardless of command flags I use. Any ideas?

I should also note that doing the same in Visual Studio 2017 works fine.
