Call for nominations to serve in CATCA Board 2015-2017

Dear CATCA Community,

 

Greetings and wishes in the name of Jesus Christ!

 

The CATCA Board has elected us as the Nomination Committee for the election of Board of Directors for the term 2015-2017. Therefore, we undertake all responsibilities mentioned in the CATCA, Bylaws, Article V, Section 2, G) Nominating Committee. 

 

As you may know, the two year term of office for our present Board of Directors is due to end in April 2015. Hence, it is time to elect our next Board of Directors to represent and lead our organization.

 

The election of Executive Committee of Board of Directors, comprises of Five Officers and Four General Directors will be held during the Annual General Body Meeting, and Easter celebrations on April 11, 2015. In addition, the nomination committee will nominate the next Spiritual Director.

 

This is our official call for nominations to the various positions of the CATCA Board and the call for nominations will be open from March 12, 2015 to March 26, 2015.

 

If you are interested in serving in any of the below given capacities, please complete the attached nomination form and send in your nomination to nomin...@catca.org on or before March 26th.

 

Positions:

·        President

·        Vice President

·        Secretary

·        Treasurer

·        Joint Secretary

·        General Directors (4 positions)

 

Please note that we require each nomination to be endorsed by two nominators who are current CATCA members.

 

Those who wish to withdraw after sending in the nominations can do so before April 10, 2015.The final list of candidates should be available by April 11, 2015 and will be announced on the floor.

 

We encourage all interested members to come forward to serve our community through CATCA for the next two years.
