(NOTE: This is a special mailing for the Apollo Ghosts fanatics out
there (and I know there are quite a few of you!))
I'm very happy to announce that we have a very cool limited-edition
Apollo Ghosts item now available. It's this summer's "Forgotten
Triangle" EP -- on lathe-cut 7-inch. For those the unfamiliar, lathe-
cutting is a process where records are cut one-at-a-time by hand with
a rotary lathe machine. The resulting record's fidelity is quite a
bit more lo-fi than most traditional records (but ain't that part of
the charm?), and they're a little more expensive on a per-piece basis,
but the great part about the process is that it allows for very small
pressing sizes, such as in this case: the "Forgotten Triangle" lathe-
cut is a strictly limited run of only 25. Although do note that we've
only got HALF of that number available (the other half went to the
band and will go on sale at Vancouver's Zulu Records starting next
week).
I don't expect these to last very long, so act fast if you want a
copy! Shipping included, they're $10 US, $12 CAN, or $15
International.
