How to create projects in Catarse

Hello i have successfully managed to deploy catarse (danielweimann fork from github) to an ec2-instance in aws running on ubuntu 16.04 everything i have created an admin account but when i go to create projects where it says choose category is empty and i cant go further does anybody know what should i need to do ? Do you create projects through the console or how to make them through api?
