Not saving city name data in "Local do projeto" placeholder when creating a project

When inside of http://random_ip:3000/pt/flexible_projects/1/validate_publish#basics, 

I try to write in the placeholder for "Local do projeto:Onde o seu projeto será realizado? Caso ele aconteça em mais de um lugar, uma dica é colocar a cidade onde sua rede de potenciais apoiadores é maior."

Every time I try to save some city name like "Santiago", it says "As informações foram atualizadas" 

But then it erases itself and goes to nothing written inside of it.

If I click on next to finish the process of creating the campaign it says:

"Por favor, corrija os seguintes erros:

Local do projeto não pode ficar em branco"

Pd: Also, what is "Tracker snippet html" ?
