Meeting Week 3!! - sorry for the multiple emails

WELCOME NEW MEMBERS!!!
So here's what went down during the meeting:
1. Sleeping in Space, Pt. 1 & 2 was a success!
Katie - if you have pictures of the show at night, please send them to me!
2. THIS THURSDAY, OCTOBER 13, 2011.
SCREENING OF FRIDAY, ART 165. We will first meet in Catalyst first and
then head over accordingly. :)
3. Other movies we can screen: Riffifi, Georgia O'Keefe, and I forgot the
other one that Marisa mentioned because I threw that paper out because I
spilled salsa all over that paper.
4. GLOW FESTIVAL. Think of ideas that you would like to present at Glow
Fest!!! It could be collaborative, it could be an individual piece,
anything you would like to show!!

5. The Upstairs at the Market Gallery, a free gallery space to show work.
Hopefully we can try to do a show there. The website said it's booked
until the end of 2012. :(( But we can still try to do a show there.

6. Collaboration with Saddlback college. I will talk to Tessa about this
for more in depth information.
7. Collaboration with Acrobatics Everyday as a Music Venue.
8. Submit your proposals by THIS THURSDAY. We would like to have a show by
next Thursday, so we can install Tuesday evening during our meeting.
9. Also, I know we didn't mention this at the meeting, but we really need
to start thinking about UROP and how that can be applied to Catalyst this
year so we can continue getting our funding. If anyone would like to be
part of this panel, we can discuss this on Thursday during the screening
and next week Tuesday.
