Contemporary Artists Remember 1942
An exhibition commemorating a historical year and celebrating the
construction of Marine Corps Air Station El Toro, which began in 1942 on
a parcel of land acquired from the Irvine Ranch Corporation, a precursor
to the Irvine Company.
The Palm Court Arts Complex at the Orange County Great Park features the
Great Park Gallery and the Great Park Artists Studios. These unique and
re-purposed military structures average an attendance of over 150 guests
per day and welcomed approximately 18,000 visitors for the first two
exhibitions.
