Door stop for the head

Has anybody added the door stop to the head? I put the hook at the bottom to keep it open but am tired of it banging into the nav table. Not sure best place to put it or if I can get one to install. Appreciate any insight.  Cheers.

I also went the magnetic doorstop route.
