Standing Rigging Tension

On our Catalin 34, someone had done the work to identify all the shrouds, breaking strength, max tension at 15%, and then appropriate tension using a Loos gauge. 

I was wondering if anyone else has done this?  If so, I would appreciate any feedback on my calculations - (it will take you to the spreadsheet) -  the suggested percentages came from the Loos literature.  If anyone has any other ideas for tensioning the rig (outside of "make sure it's not floppy"), I'd appreciate it!
