Removable Davits

Thanks to Eddie Walters I have built removable davits based on his design.  He was kind enough to send some pictures.  Below is a link to a 2 min video of the design with some modifications.   Have used it this on a cruise to St Mary's off the Potomac.  Of note, 2d ago we sailed from St Mary's to Reedville (Potomac and Chesapeake Bay) in 20--25 knots (gusts to 30+) and mostly 4 foot waves (some 6ers).  Davits did not blink.
