Frank - I don't have the answer as it would require verifying the voltage at each battery, then the selector switch, then the meter using a voltmeter. I have something similar going on with hull 146, a 2019 C355 I purchased in January this year. My issue arose this weekend when running the refrigerator, etc. while on marina power and resulting in a shut down due to low voltage. The refrig unit does that. The lights later, about 7 hours, flickered. Then the admiral said she noticed a few other signs but didn't want to alarm me.
Readings went to 11.6 for #1 on voltmeter, and 12.8 for #2 on voltmeter. Both batteries cool. 120 volt/30 Amp service showing same.
I learned on hull 146 the voltmeter on the panel has batt 1 the same as the battery selector switch under the chart table as 2, and vice versa. This did not show up during the January survey and not on the April sea trial. The battery charger (Pro-Nautic) bank one is not lit, but two is and is correct.
So, I can't give you the answer, but I am in the same boat, so to speak. If I figure it out I will post a reply.
