Job Description:
The Network Security Architect will serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on all Zscaler services, with a special emphasis on zero-trust design and architectures, particularly Zscaler Private Access. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure network architectures that align with zero-trust principles, ensuring robust access controls and seamless integration with enterprise systems. The architect will collaborate closely with IT and security teams to define security requirements, resolve complex incidents, and lead root cause analysis, while also recommending and implementing preventive measures.

Develop and manage application and forwarding profiles to support secure business application connectivity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve security incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement best practice preventive measures. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Zscaler and network security technologies, advising on and implementing industry best practices. Document architectural decisions, policies, and procedures, and ensure effective communication with multicultural teams.
Key Skills and Qualifications: Extensive experience in
designing and managing Zscaler solutions, especially in large enterprise environments. Deep understanding of zero-trust security architecture, Zscaler Private Access, and related technologies. Strong background in network security concepts, protocols, and troubleshooting methodologies. Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural and global team environment. Relevant certifications (e.g., Zscaler Certified Professional, CCNP Security) are highly desirable.
