In Pinellas County, Florida, individuals are not permitted to have
feeding stations for stray or feral cats; however, it is also against
the county’s law to starve an animal. Therefore, a petition has been
created to change the county’s laws regarding stray and feral cats,
and a public forum is scheduled for this Wednesday, April 15th, at
4:30pm at the Pinellas County Extension Building to discuss a plan to
implement a trap-neuter-return program.

To sign the petition and show your support of feeding stray/feral cats
and implementing a TNR program in Pinellas County, FL, please visit

Also, if you have not already, please sign ACR’s petition to
decriminalize the feeding of stray/feral cats nation wide. Please
visit http://www.thepetitionsite.com/3/decriminalize-feeding-stray-and-feral-cats.
