Now that the Board has more than seven members and in accordance with my stated plans, I am resigning from the Board of Directors of Your Media.

It is my plan to reapply to the Board and I am looking forward to the vetting and orientation of the Nomination Committee.

In addition I would recommend all Board members you came aboard before the formation of the Nomination Committee follow these steps, one at a time.

It has been fun and educational.

Good Luck,

Sounds like a sound approach that might allow staggered Board  terms and clear statement  of Board eligibility criteria, such as residence requirements. Also might discuss the "fields" that apply to each nominee.

I hope that the Board will also consider having a policy committee meeting soon. I'm not clear about my status in serving as a "Community Member" of that committee, or for any other service for the Board.

Of course, there are tons of other  policy issues that would need to be in sync with the new contract.

In any event, I'd like to attend as a "grand-fathered" producer and would be happy to video tape.  It seems to me that all committee and Board meetings should be covered... perhaps by volunteer producers, including trainees.

P.S. Am sending to address of Board members that I have on home computer.  Is there now another "official" way to ask questions or address concerns, etc. -- other than a "complaint"?
