A quick reminder about upcoming July events follows (be sure to RSVP, per each event’s instructions):
NERT EVENTS
JULY
Staging Area Exercise, Saturday July 18, 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., SFFD DOT,
19th Street @ Folsom (enter through yard on 19th and park along back
wall).
An outdoor exercise putting ICS into action. Set up a staging area and a shelter, use a generator, communicate with an SFFD Battalion Chief at a virtual Emergency District Coordination Center (EDCC). 1st Annual Duboce Park NERT Mystery Drill, Saturday July 18, 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., Duboce Park (near Pierce Street entrance to park)
Calling all NERTs from Duboce, Castro, Hayes Valley, Western Addition, and NOPA!
$5.00 at the door. Lunch, door prizes, and a raffle. A fun way to train with your team!

NEW DATE! NERT Leaders Meeting, Wednesday, July 29, 6:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m., SFFD DOT, 19th Street @ Folsom (enter through yard on 19th and park along back wall).
Join fellow coordinators and team leaders in helping to plan the 2009 NERT October Drill (to be held Saturday, October 17th), and our activities for the 20th Anniversary of Loma Prieta.
