Hi All,
I thought some of the NERTers out there might be interested in the
free CPR/AED certification class being offered by Sports Basement and
the ASHI. These classes are held on the 1st and 3rd Mondays of each
month at Sports Basement Bryant and the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays at the
Sports Basement Presidio. The class covers CPR, AED and Heimlich for
Adults and Children over 55lbs - it does NOT cover Infant
certification, you must seek certification for that elsewhere.

To sign up for classes at the Bryant Store (1 + 3 Mon.) email:
sb.cpr...@sportsbasement.com
To sign up for classes at the Presidio Store (1 + 3 Wed.) email:
sb.cp...@sportsbasement.com

You may not receive an email back right away, but plan on getting a
confirmation one week before the class is to happen.

For more information, please see the Sports Basement CPR web page at:
http://www.sportsbasement.com/classes/cpr.html

I hope that everybody seriously considers taking this CPR course, if
time does not permit or if you're not inclined to visit Sports
Basement there's also classes offered by the American Red Cross and
the San Francisco Paramedic Association:

American Red Cross CPR:

SF Paramedic Assoc.: http://sfparamedics.org/pages/classes/public.php

Finally, the San Francisco Fire Department has a page explaining other
CPR options in the bay area:

Good Luck!
