[Liz McCarthy]

Issues at Todd Hotel impact the downtown area, but also everyone within a few miles. The meeting was really good and informative. There are 38 rooms at the Todd and there should be no more than two people per room. 

Criminal activity and general issues about garbage being thrown into the street, drug selling and violence were addressed. All are hoping for improvement.

There are a few action items from our meeting.

1.) John will take a look at revising his lease addendum, and limiting the guest stay policy which is currently more than two weeks. He will be coming into compliance with rent control, and updating the policies.

2.) The Todd will do a CPTED assessment of the property, to assess security. Officer Leah Joseph will conduct it.

3.) Michelle will put together a list of numbers for the neighbors on who to call for homelessness issues, dispatch, the right away property, and public works and code enforcement.

4.) Michelle provided the contacts for the CORE team and the Mental Health Team to John.

5.) We will meet periodically to work together on neighborhood safety.
