Dear Neighbors:

 

This has been a week. I just wanted you to know how much we appreciate you, now more than ever as we attempt to combat the COVID-19 virus and flatten the curve.

 

Firstly, we just want to check in on you and make sure you’re doing okay.

 

Our crime prevention unit has been impacted by the county’s shelter in place. We will be working with modified schedules, and in some cases, as in my assignment be pulled in to support the City’s Emergency Operations Center.

 

That said, we still plan to provide you with timely information and whatever support we can on neighborhood issues. You should be receiving a briefing from the city that lists all the impacted city services. Check back frequently as things are changing and evolving.

We are considering conducting a Zoom Virtual Meeting to check in with you all and respond to any questions or concerns you might have during this time.  We are looking at next Thursday March 26, 2020 from 4:00PM-4:30PM.  We would like to see if this might be something you might like to participate in.  Please respond to this e-mail letting us know if you'd like to participate.
