recycling/cardboard ban

Do we have a recycling bin yet? If not, I read online that we can get another for free by calling (615) 880-1000. Just saw that starting today, waste management will refuse to empty trash bins that have visible cardboard in them. http://nashvillepublicradio.org/blog/2013/07/01/some-recycling-required-metro-bans-cardboard-from-trash-carts/
