Clothing and Shoe drive for the Homeless

Hello everyone,

Over the past year and half we along a group of our friends, have been serving food to homeless people on the streets of Dallas downtown every Saturday morning. We have observed that in addition to food, these people are deprived of many basic items that we take for granted in our lives. Given their ailing circumstances, the homeless are eternally grateful for any help we can voluntarily provide. We have identified a few items (listed below) that we hope to collect from all of you living in Castle Hills and distribute to them:

List of Items (for adults - men and women):

- Summer clothes – lightly used

- Shoes/Sandals in working condition

- Hats and Sunglasses – lightly used

- Umbrella

- Reusable water bottles

- Small backpacks, drawstring bags, empty rice bags
