windsor component registration question

When mixing component registration between xml config and code based installers, is there an order of registration?  Do xml components get registered first?  Do code based installers get registered first?

What does windsor do if the same component is registered once via xml config and once via code based installer?

XML comes last.

Duplicates are handled the same way as always
