Pending messages on both mailing lists

Not sure if everyone is aware.
Google Groups decided some time ago to not send out notifications to group admins that there are messages pending, so every so often please check for pending messages.
And also ensure that u set the new member to not be moderated from there on.

In the "Group Settings" is a new checkbox "Receive communications from
Google: Allow Google to contact managers of this Group."

I've set this setting in the users group.

I've just figured it out, that setting is not available to "managers",
it is only available to "owners"

I've been experiencing the same issue with a different group where
that setting was actually on, so I'm not sure whether enabling it
would change anything.

BTW, quite a few groups are currently experiencing this issue:
