Proposal for May 14 meeting

Friends & Neighbors -

It has occurred to me that those people active in F&N here in Castine
and in other communities are spread across the spectrum when it comes
to technology familiarity.

In an effort to help us communicate and to get things done I would
like to propose a brief, 30 minute presentation at our May 14 meeting
on how to use a wiki, including how our site is setup, best practices
for constructively keeping it up to date and fielding any questions
people might have.

If you think this is a good idea, let me know and I'll start writing
up the presentation. Wikis are amazingly powerful methods of
communication, and I would love if we could get more people on the
same page so that we can truly leverage the opportunities technology
provides and get more done while exerting less effort.
