The WooHoo Wellness Mod, also known as the Relationship & Pregnancy Overhaul Collection, is a mega mod for The Sims 4 centered on recreating the aspects of real life, especially in terms of pregnancy, childbirth, family, and relationships. The mega mod, created by Lumpinou, is comprised of downloadable mods that could also be used independently.

I'm a mac user and I downloaded the Relationship & Pregnancy Overhaul (aka WooHoo Wellness) v2.76 mod, but it's not working for me. I see the options (get tested for WTD, go to hospital to get an abortion etc) but when I click those nothing happens. I was able to edit my sims pregnancy wish, but that's the only part that worked for me.

This mod completely reimagines the hustle goal, by having it track payments from paid wellness services and displaying progress towards earning 5000 simoleons. It also makes sure that massages count towards the goal of becoming a spa regular wellness practitioner, and allows your sims to build a repeat customer relationship with sims you provide services to.

People are reconsidering their relational health with others and with themselves, focusing on their overall wellbeing and self-growth. A new solo-lens for self-betterment and wellness is shifting the way consumers operate in relationships.

These relational formats share a common theme of self-awareness, wellness, wellbeing, and a yearning to focus on self-growth. Resetting relational boundaries has evolved for some time now: long-term social media breaks can lower feelings of anxiety and depression, according to a new study published by Cyberpsychology, Behavior and Social Networking in May. Even the travel industry saw a rise in solo travel in the last year due to consumers taking time to disconnect from others and be alone with oneself.

Conversely, Nagao-Kitamoto et al. (2016) suggested that gut dysbiosis potentially contributes to IBD pathogenesis. In this study, elevated pro-inflammatory gene expression was observed in GF mice colonized by gut microbiota isolated from IBD patients. Colitis-prone genetically predisposed GF mice colonized by IBD-associated-microbiota developed severe colitis compared to those that were colonized by healthy human microbiota. Together these findings strongly indicate bidirectional relationship between such disease and gut dysbiosis, in which dysbiosis potentially contributes to the onset of IBD and also serves as a secondary consequence of gut inflammation. Example of the dysbiotic features that are commonly observed in IBD patients is the reduction in gut Firmicutes such as Faecalibacterium prausnitzii and Roseburia sp. (Sokol et al., 2008; Willing et al., 2010; Machiels et al., 2014). These bacteria play an important anti-inflammatory role in reducing pro-inflammatory cytokines (IL-12, IFN-γ) and increasing anti-inflammatory IL-10 (Sokol et al., 2008). Besides, Firmicutes is important producer of butyrate, the primary energy substrates for colonocytes. Therefore, reduction in Firmicutes could elicit or heighten local inflammation by decreasing anti-inflammatory cytokine, an important regulator of mucosal immunity, and/or by SCFA-deficiency-induced impairment in colonic barrier function (Peng et al., 2007; Machiels et al., 2014). As such, it may be interesting to explore the therapeutic use of probiotic F. prausnitzii in managing IBD. Another dysbiotic feature observed in IBD patients is the elevation of virulent gut microbes such as Enterobacteriaceae species and Bacteroides fragilis with both having high endotoxic LPS in their outer membranes (Ruseler-van Embden and Both-Patoir, 1983; Darfeuille-Michaud et al., 1998). High endotoxic LPS expressed by microbiota has shown to induce gut inflammation and colitis development in mice, possibly via suppression of regulatory T-lymphocyte and/or activation of effector helper-T (TH-1/TH-17) through host TLR4 signaling pathway (Gronbach et al., 2014). Inversely, colonization of GF mice with low endotoxic microbiota prevented experimentally induced colitis (Gronbach et al., 2014), indicating that an increase in gut microbes with high endotoxic LPS and decrease in microbes with low endotoxic LPS in gut microbiome may lead to pathogenesis of IBD.

By cultivating relationships with community members and developing a project to address specific health issues within those communities, medical students led by Anselin were able to build various skills around public health topics, she said.

That means we acknowledge the whole person; body, mind and spirit, and take into account physical and social factors rather than just the mental or emotional symptoms of a diagnosis to help people achieve greater health, wellness and contentment. Integrative mental health is also sometimes referred to as holistic mental health or mind-body therapy.

To have a healthy relationship, you need to go into the relationship with a purpose, make sure you and your partner have strong communication, create space for couple activities and yourself, and always show attention and appreciation.

Going on a date is a quintessential way to celebrate anything in a relationship. Check yelp or Google for the best restaurants for couples near you and go out and have a memorable time with your loved one.

What most couples always forget to do is an analysis of the state of their relationship. Is your relationship going the way you picture it? Are you and your partner happy with the state of the relationship? What needs to stop, continue, and improve? Set aside time during Relationship Wellness Month to discuss all these with your significant other.

There are many ways you can express gratitude to your significant other. You can take time out to share with them what you appreciate about them. That could be how they make you laugh and smile, their support, and more. Creating the time to do this will help you build a stronger, healthy relationship.

According to research, couples in a committed relationship are less responsive to psychological stress. That is because the social and emotional support present in a strong relationship serves as a buffer against stress. Additionally, having one or two healthy relationships can positively impact your health, including reducing blood pressure and strengthening your immune systems.

Surfing became part of my wellness routine: It allows me to feel connected to the earth, while meditation, journaling, and a healthy breakfast allow me to begin the day rooted in connection with myself. I've also found that a daily investment in my community is important for my sense of belonging.

Although my personal relationship with surfing found a sense of harmony, I usually had to look for community outside the sport. Until the last few years, surfing as the only Black woman in the water often left me feeling isolated and unseen.

Gaining Skill
Sims can gain Skill by practicing the three main Wellness activities provided by the game pack - meditation, giving massages, and yoga. The last of these three is likely the best method. Yoga moodlets can put your Sim in a good mood, particularly if you use the mind concentrating routine to get focused in combination with incense. To get started, you can purchase a yoga mat, meditation stool, or massage chair/table for the home. The best thing to do is to actually visit the spa you placed in the neighborhood for a day of dedicated wellness instruction via the Yoga Instructor NPC. Additionally, you will find Wellness books are available for purchase using a computer if you'd like your Sim to learn at home.

Skill Unlocks
The following are the skill unlocks for wellness. As you level, your Sim will fail at things much less often and better keep up with the Yoga instructor. Things like meditation will go more smoothly, and you'll levitate faster and receive a positive moodlet from your meditation.

Know that meditation stools can be put in your inventory, allowing your Sim to do it just about anywhere. Meditation provides a few key features, though the benefits are not immediately obvious. Moodlets like Embarrassed and Stressed can melt away while in a zen state. Meditation doesn't provide any need gains. When successfully meditating, needs will sometimes stop decaying all together, but this happens rarely. You can use this to prevent their needs from dropping when you're a couple of hours from work and in a great mood, plus sometimes get the additional 4h +2 Happy Moodlet that Meditation provides. Meditation also offers random relationship gains with known Sims, and may provide a small bit of skill experience in other Skills.
