Hello Everyone,

 

I am trying to install omnetpp-3.3p1, I have installed tcl, tk,blt. but when I run ./configure to install omnetpp-3.3p1, following error happens:

 

Your PATH contains /home/user/omnetpp-3.3p1/bin. Good

Your LD_LIBRARY_PATH is set Good

 

Warning: Your TCL_LIBRARY variable seems to be set incorrectly: there's no init.tcl filw in that directory! (Usual location  is /usr/lib/tcl8.3.5)

 

The path set is

export TCL_LIBRARY=/usr/local/lib/tcl8.3.5

Though the directory contains the init.tcl file.
 

Reply if anyone knows it.

I am not sure but I feel that omnet3.3p1 requires tcl8.4. Try installing this and install omnet once again.
