Hello Google Cast developers!

We recently released Cast Connect, a new feature that allows an Android TV app to receive messages and broadcast media status as if it were a Chromecast.  See Android TV Receiver for documentation on this new feature.

In conjunction with this release, the following SDK libraries have been updated:
- Android Sender 19.0.0
- Android TV Receiver 17.0.0
- iOS Sender 4.4.8
